Yoga was good, now I am all up and awake and stuff early in the morning, this is really unusual. On the down side I know this because omgwtfbbqrofl etc do my hamstrings ache. Wow that was intense and weird. I think everyone should try it at least once.

Oh and all ye doubters I am not going because of a girl! I am going to be more in touch with my inner me, feel the zen, taste the power and all that jazz!

Here we go with this trying something new shit, who knows how this will end?

Designer babies, damn straight I want one. Why wouldn't anyone, if you had the choice between a healthy baby with above average IQ and what ever else they can do to them then why not. I do not see anything bad about this trend, yes only the rich can afford them, but whats wrong with people opting to give their child a head start before its born, its not like that isn't already an acceptable practice after they are born.

So what is the issue imo?

Not dead ;p figure I should try and update this slightly more often then I currently do. Snagged another B+ today, annoying because I handed it in a day late and that cost me an A of some flavor.

Watched a fair bit of rugby of late, which is good, I like watching the rugby but I found the super 14 this year to be singularly unmotivating. The all blacks seem to have a slightly more dynamic game, which makes for acceptable viewing. That being said I also enjoyed Australia vs Ireland, so take from that what you will.

Been keeping up with the gym and the weight workout is no longer causing as much burning pain the next day, this is a very good thing and also very bad. The second I acclimatise to it I have to up the weight level resulting in more burning pain, however I am getting fitter as a result. Also seem to have recovered some of my cardio fitness from being sick, this is awesome because I really hate hurting running pitiful distances.

Looking forward to playing some DnD 4th this Sunday, will be good to see how it all plays out, from what I have seen so far I like it, but I consider it more of a tactical wargame. On the wargaming front Tim and I conquered all at South Con, which was mighty, nice to actually win something for a change, but I think most of the credit goes to Tim, he made something efficient, horrible, and awesome fun to watch play.

Music wise things are also good, got a whole pile of newish E Nomine to listen to and 3 Avril Lavigne albums, and what ever Basshunter has put out. The E Nomine and Avril Lavigne (yes yes I am awesome for liking Avril) are awesome, the Basshunter is a bit of a let down, there is not enough of a noticeable difference between his albums and tracks, but it does have the beat to be a good gym running/workout album.

If there is anything people actually want to know about my life at the moment then flick us out a question, I shall see if I can fit the answer into an amusing next post.

    Dear Graham Henry

Till now I did not think you were a bad coach, then you took Conrad Smith out of the team on something you refuse to call a rotation. Please GTFO of the All Blacks, you are not Robbie Deans, he is better then you, quit trying.

    Yours

    Interesting,

    Initial weight 106kgs
    Current Weight 91kgs
    Goal 80kgs
    Time invested circa 6 months

So apparently I have dropped another 3 kgs since being sick, this I can put down to the diet I think :) great success, though its so tasty it doesn't actually feel like a diet. Oddly enough I didn't actually think I would make it this far, so I am pretty damn stoked, all I have to do is make another 11kgs magically disappear and I will be happy. The downside of this is that its going to require a ton of work. That being said all in all I am stoked. Keeping weight lost while sick off = pro :)

Want to lose weight! Well get sick, 8 days later and I am down 6kgs, my pants really don't fit me, I feel like one of the homeboys from my mad phat posse at last. So big word up to all my peeps, mad props to the gangsters and a slappin to all my bitch's. Respect.

On a side note, I seem to finally have some sense of focus back, as showen by the fact that I can finally sit down and write an essay while interlinking ideas in an acceptable manner.

Aight, off to Dunedin on Friday, so yeah that will be exciting!

Hrm 40k wise there is natcon this weekend, for those that care that haven't seen it this is my list. I think this is just about as hard as I can make guard. In theory the hardened vets should have 3 plasma guns vs the lascannon, but well thats nothing too major I think. The list is strong and competitive, but I get the feeling I will get eaten for comp. Lets see how it goes :)

On the upside the painting I did last night came out _much_ better then I thought it would so I am really stoked about that, my IC's will look awesome!
